Highland Facilities

Facilities in the Highlands

On our multi-day trips, we overnight at the Highland Center - made-up beds, warm showers, and great food. The location is hard to beat, sitting at the last stop before the true highlands begin.

Beyond that, facilities are minimal. There are toilets at the cabins in Landmannalaugar, and a small shop that occasionally sells coffee and snacks. After that, you are on your own.

When visiting the highlands, we come prepared!
