Reykjadalur Trailcenter sits in Hveragerði, on the Ring Road and Golden Circle route, right where the trail to the famous steamy valley begins. The same geothermal energy that heats the valley runs directly under the trails here, creating a riding experience unlike anywhere else.
Our team scouted, mapped, designed or built every single-track on the mountain. Experienced riders have three days’ worth of riding adventures to explore. A network of easier routes offers a scenic two-hour eMTB ride through the geothermal areas for those looking for a different pace. Rent a bike, walk out the door and start riding.
MTB and eMTB rentals are available on site (prebooking is advised). A small café next door keeps you fuelled, and from this year, Reykjaböðin brings world-class geothermal bathing right to the trailhead. Ride hard, soak after.
