Multi-day MTB in Iceland
Iceland is one of the most rewarding places in the world to ride. Vast landscapes, remote terrain and routes you will not find anywhere else. A multi-day trip is the best way to take it all in.
On an Icebike Trour
You take care of the pedalling. We take care of everything else. Food, lodging, bike maintenance, logistics, route planning and adjustments if weather or trail conditions change. If the plan needs to shift, we shift it.

Going Independent
Riding in Iceland on your own is absolutely possible, but it takes solid preparation. A few things to keep in mind:
Lodging: Mountain huts are available across Iceland but must be booked well in advance.
Food: There is little to no food available in the highlands. Pack accordingly and do not underestimate what you will need.
Water: Tap water is safe and tastes great. Many highland rivers are also safe to drink from. Some areas in the highlands and on the Reykjanes peninsula are completely dry, so check ahead.
The Ring Road: We will be straight with you. We are not fans of biking the Ring Road. It is narrow, has no shoulders or bike lanes, and carries heavy traffic, including buses and large trucks. You spend the day managing safety rather than enjoying Iceland. There are far better options.
